• When is it best to be Prime or Sub?
• What should be considered in making a Go/No-Go Decision?
• How can I make the most of my marketing effort?

Answers to these questions and more will be addressed in a session focused on winning teaming strategies for firms who are pursuing federal architectural, engineering, and environmental service contracts. A panel of firms including Small Business, SDVOSB, and large firms who bring real world success stories in the federal market to the table will be discussing these topics. The panel will be led by Joe Sporko, President and Managing Principal of The LA Group, a Small Business that does federal A/E work nationwide with 21 years of experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Joining him are Susan Smits and Paul Steinberg of Mabbett & Associates – an SDVOSB environmental service firm; Russ Ostler and Andrea Keough of AES Group, an SDVOSB full service engineering firm; and Peter Yakowicz, PE, MHA, of Leo A Daly – a full service large A/E firm.

The LA Group provides landscape architecture, engineering, environmental and planning services and has worked with the Department of Veterans Affairs, US Army Corps of Engineers, National Park Service, US Forest Service and the Department of Labor.
