Ski Bowl Village at Gore Mountain

The LA Group is an integral member of the team designing an upscale lodge, and hotels with a range of recreational amenties for 323 acres at the base of the historic North Creek Ski Bowl. The design will offer ski-in, ski-out access with a trail connection between Gore Mountain and the North Creek Ski Bowl.

The LA Group has developed a comprehensive site plan incorporating building layout, vehicle access, ski trail layout and golf course design. Our scope of services also includes the Adirondack Park Agency Permit Application, coordination of the review process, and project representation at public hearings.
