Wesley Health Care Center: Saratoga Springs, New York

Comprehensive site planning, design and engineering for a new 154-unit assisted living housing, Woodlawn Commons, on 4 acres at an existing health care complex of nursing home and senior housing.

Scope included coordination of local approvals and permits, preparation of an environmental assessment form, site plan design, stormwater management study and system design, construction documentation and public presentations. Project design included 154-car parking area, site landscaping, site lighting, side- walks, access roadways and handicapped access.

The LA Group also provided site design and pedestrian/vehicular circulation plans under a separate contract for the Center.
